Willing to relocate or currently resides in Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA
Qualifications to be placed in a role in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) or STEM-adjacent field, such as:
- Software & Data Engineering
- Research, Science & Innovation
- Product & Project Management
- Business & Operations Leadership
Must have initial qualifications for the one of these Visa Types:
- H-1B Speciality Occupation Professionals
- L-1A Intracompany Transferee Executive or Manager
- L-1B Intracompany Transferee Specialized Knowledge
- Practical Training Extension for STEM Students (STEM OPT)
- NAFTA (TN) Visa for Eligible Canadian and Mexican Citizens
- O-1 Visa for Individuals with Extraordinary Ability or Achievement

How it works

Submit an application for consideration.
After we verify your application details, the process consists of an online interview, an assessment by our legal advisors and presentation to our admissions committee.
Our review committee will invite you to participate in the program.
Begin paperwork and legal guidance for family as well as job placement matching if needed.
Relocation support such as flights and logistics.
Initiation of legal support and community integration.

There is no cost to apply to the Tulsa Visa Network. If you are accepted, the costs associated with determining your eligibility and the associated costs with your identified immigration pathway will be covered for you.
Once we have determined your immigration strategy, our partner law firm will guide you on what paths are available for you to obtain a green card as soon as possible.
You will need to be comfortable using the English language, which you can demonstrate through proficiency tests and in conversations with our team.

Program benefits are tied to your residency in the Tulsa Metropolitan Statistical Area (TMSA). Should you move out of the TMSA at any time after being accepted into the program, you would no longer receive program benefits.
