How it works
Answer a few questions on the Become a Host Employer form to get started.
We begin by discussing your organization’s current and future talent needs — whether you’re hiring internationally or seeking to retain existing international employees. During this consultation, we’ll answer any questions about the program and review the Partnering Agreement with a Visa Network representative.
For new roles, we collaborate with your team to identify qualified international candidates who meet your job requirements. For existing international employees, we assess visa options and pathways to help ensure their long-term retention and compliance.
Once a candidate or existing employee’s immigration pathway is identified, our team provides comprehensive support to secure the appropriate visa or work authorization. Approved candidates are placed or retained with the host employer and begin or continue their employment seamlessly.
Our ongoing partnership includes legal and immigration support, access to social services, and pathways to permanent residency at no cost to participants. We remain available to assist both employers and employees to ensure compliance, retention, and long-term success in the U.S
