SAMPLE: Where First Friday Begins

SAMPLE returns Friday, October 2. From 5–7 p.m., the outdoor courtyard at 101 Archer becomes a First Friday gathering built around art, humor, sound, and the ways we make ourselves seen.

This edition brings multidisciplinary artist Miles Rogoish together with evening hosts Haley Parker and Bailey Gilmore, two of Tulsa’s sharpest comedic voices. Miles moves between portraiture, abstraction, and found materials, while Haley and Bailey bring stand-up, candor, and a little controlled chaos to the room, turning personal experience into something shared through humor.

Joining the evening with support from Tulsa FMAC, French DJ and producer DJ Joscarries that energy onto the dance floor, moving between underground hip-hop, French electronic music, house, Afro-diasporic grooves, and global rhythms in a set built for connection and movement.
